Who is Courier Desk for?
Courier and parcel shops, logistics agents and local delivery counters that quote prices by hand and track bookings in a register or WhatsApp chats.
How does distance-based pricing work?
You set rates for five distance bands (0-50, 50-200, 200-500, 500-1000 and 1000+ km), with a weight chart for documents and one for parcels. ReplyDost works out the distance between the two pincodes and shows an estimate.
Can customers request a pickup without calling?
Yes. From your Digital Menu a customer picks pickup or drop-off, sees the price and sends their address. You accept or decline, confirm the time and price, and message them on WhatsApp.
Can customers track their parcel without an app?
Yes. Every booking has a public status link that opens in any browser. You update the status as the parcel moves, and once it is shipped the courier partner's tracking link is added.
Does it book with Blue Dart or DTDC automatically?
No. You hand the parcel to your courier partner and enter the AWB number. ReplyDost keeps the booking, the status and the tracking link. Automatic booking and live partner tracking are not part of it yet.
Can I change the estimated price?
Yes. The estimate is always shown, and you can set the final amount yourself, for example for a special rate or an extra charge.
Can I record payments?
Yes. Record cash or UPI payments against each booking and see whether it is due, part-paid or paid. Your UPI ID is added to the WhatsApp message, and there is a print-ready receipt.
Are the WhatsApp messages sent automatically?
No. Each message opens WhatsApp with the text ready, and you send it with one tap. Nothing goes out unless you send it.
