Does School Desk collect fees online or hold our money?
No. School Desk records fees your school collects — cash, UPI or cheque. Parents pay your school directly; we never hold or move your money.
Do parents need to install anything?
No. Parents get messages on WhatsApp. They don't need an app or an account.
Can my accountant and principal use it?
Yes. You add them as team members after setup, and each sees only what they need.
Is the student data safe?
Each school's data is kept separate. Parents' phone numbers are stored encrypted, and we never ask for Aadhaar, caste or religion.
